Health is normal and healthy state of the body. Hygiene refers to good environment that prevent disease and lead to good health, especially cleanliness, proper disposal of wastewater and drinking water supply. This all activities refers to good health. Good hygiene is important for both health and social reasons and impacts the lives of those around you, too.

Good personal hygiene is important for both health and social reasons. It includes bathing, washing cloth, clothing, toileting, washing hand care of nails, washing teeth, spitting, coughing, sneezing, personal appearance and include of clean habits when young.

Some times safe food became unsafe when it is contaminated with illness like bacteria, viruses, or chemicals. The term of food safety describes all practice that are used to keep food safe. This terms can’t avoid if you want to get good hygiene. All foods have their own terms to keep it safe and most important thing avoid touching foods without hand wash and our of reach of children.

Due to these wastes everything is polluted such as Water: water is colorless , tasteless and odorless substance found all over the earth. Water is made up of billions of molecules . Water on our planet flows as liquid in river, streams and oceans . Here water pollution is usually as a result of human activitie
