Health hygiene and sanitation is the effective use and action to keep our environment and our body healthy. Here hygiene is step of personal practice that contribute to good health. Many things are here to include like hand washing bathing and cutting hair/nails and much more.

Advantages of sanitation:
If you maintain good sanitation, it will not only good for you but for your family also. Just think, you are coming from somewhere out like social places met with your friend you don’t know what illness they have, you will go to them shaking hand, eating and drinking together after that you come home and spending time with your family talking , eating and drinking, if you got any illness, virus, germs, disease from your friend than it can be spread in your family your brother, sister your parents. So, if you maintain the sanitation such as hand wash, bathing, cleaning, cutting nails/hair. You can follow these things to stop spread of germs. This is a small things but big advantage you should follow and encourage your younger and elders also.

Some types of personal hygiene:
Washing hair with soap or shampoo at least once a week. Washing hand with soap after going to toilet. Washing hands and vegetable before preparing  food. Washing your hands regularly is effective way to keep germs from spreading. Covering cuts, good basic housecleaning and maintenance.
Safe drinking, management of water source, safe storage for food, improving sanitation facilities. Sleep enough, Sickness hygiene, Bath hygiene. Washing hand
Personal hygiene

Important of sanitation:
Sanitation system goal to protect human health by clean environment  overall purpose of sanitation are to provide a healthy living environment for everyone. We should protect nature from our wastes such as surface, river, groundwater and soil. And provide healthy environment to everyone. If the water quality is poor than people can get infected by various disease such as diarrhea, mosquitoes spreading etc..

Effects of poor sanitation and infection on health and wellness:
Poor sanitation means taking one step to illness, spreading of germs and anxiety. Sanitation is linked to transmission of disease such as Covid-19, typhoid, polio, cholera etc.. Poor sanitation reduce human wellness and develop the impact such as anxiety, risk of spreading diseases loss of educational opportunities. Poor sanitation can be lack of knowledge, facilities cause millions of the world’s poorest people to die from preventable diseases each year. Infections can be in poor quality of water, such as skin and eye infection spread easily. If food is not fresh it can be also source of infection. If you get any kind of infection than you are unable to get health and wealth.
