stress? well, we can reduce all kind of stress by doing exercise. It will not only reduce

Exercise
is supposed to be good- but if you do too much than it is harmful
not for your health but also for your body. By doing more exercise you can get addict,
your skin can be more thin as usual and will look bad, damage your heart and
arteries, leads to injuries. Make your
body more thin and your fitness will
go.

is best time to exercise?
You don’t have to be export to get the best time. You
can try different times of exercise or workout. Workout in the morning for few
weeks then try noon, then try early morning. the truth is that exercise later
in the day is giving more benefits than working out in the morning, because
your body function are best at that time so, you will have more energy and strength
for an optimal workout. It does not necessarily mean that, when you exercise on
empty stomach, your body may burn more energy sources and have less stamina. As
a general goal for at least 30 minutes of physical activity every day need to
do. But if your want to lose weight than you need to exercise more.

Studies shoes that many people who start exercising
get more fat. You have heard it before. When you exercise due to muscle after
that you will become more fat due to getting extra calories.
