Exercise is a physical activity if you do it regularly than there are many benefits like to reduce the fat, weight loss, fitness and most important thing gaining muscle. In this era mostly all people are having stress like work stress, family stress, friends stress, business stress, means whole world are having stress. Here the important thing is how to reduce stress? well, we can reduce all kind of stress by doing exercise. It will not only reduce stress but it will make you busy and fit.

What happens when you do exercise, in your body?
It will not reduce your fat weight and stress. but also it reduce the risk of chronic disease, heart disease. exercise will make you busy and engage so, negative things will not come in your mind and you can do work easily. While doing exercise, make so many changes like new blood cells will generate, your body manage blood sugar and insulin levels, help you quite smoking improve health and mood, help to keep your thinking and learning skill sharp and much more. your body will active, your mind will active, you can think positively and do work better.

Due to exercise it will increase your oxygen flow in your body and your body and skin will shine and grow. your body eliminates heat via sweat and breath and your body eliminates metabolic waste. Due to this process, all waste things will remove via your sweat and your body will get refresh.

Exercise is supposed to be good- but  if you do too much than it is  harmful not for your health but also for your body. By doing more exercise you can get addict, your skin can be more thin as usual and will look bad, damage your heart and arteries, leads to injuries. Make your body more thin and your fitness will go.

What is best time to exercise?
You don’t have to be export to get the best time. You can try different times of exercise or workout. Workout in the morning for few weeks then try noon, then try early morning. the truth is that exercise later in the day is giving more benefits than working out in the morning, because your body function are best at that time so, you will have more energy and strength for an optimal workout. It does not necessarily mean that, when you exercise on empty stomach, your body may burn more energy sources and have less stamina. As a general goal for at least 30 minutes of physical activity every day need to do. But if your want to lose weight than you need to exercise more.

What happens after some time of exercise?
Studies shoes that many people who start exercising get more fat. You have heard it before. When you exercise due to muscle after that you will become more fat due to getting extra calories.
