Stress is a feeling of emotional or physical tension. In this era stress is big issue not only for India but whole world. It can come from anywhere like any event, conversation, game, thought that makes you frustrated, angry, or nervous.  Due to stress peoples are getting frustrate and attending suicide.  Annual suicide rate of India is 10.5 per 100,000, while the suicide rate for the world as whole is 11.5 per 100,000.

Physical symptoms of stress:
Low energy.
Headache.
Insomnia.
Upset stomach.
Chest pain and rapid heartbeat.
Cold and infection.
Heart and lungs.

Stress hormones affect your respiratory and cardiovascular system. While you are in stress you breath fast In an effort to quick distribute the oxygen reach blood to your body and this process make your blood pressure high. As a result frequent an chronic stress will make your heart work too hard for long.

Signs of stress include:
A change of eating habits.
Difficulty in making decisions.
Feeling on edge.
Being more emotional.
Sleeping difficulty.
Lack of energy.
Using alcohol, drugs or smoking to relieve stress.

How do you treat psychological stress?
Engaging with physical activity such as exercise, playing game, spending time with friends, family and kids do meditation. By doing regular exercise and meditation not only improve your overall health and reduce stress level but also it will make your body fitness and fine with muscle. When you exercise your body release endorphins. These feel good hormones can also prevent symptoms of depression. Other wise you can use consider supplements, reduce your caffeine intake, use chew gum, join laughter club, sleeping pills, listen soothing music.

When you are in stress you may experience many different feelings, like fear, anger, sadness, frustration, anxiety. You can’t think and do positively. For some people, stressful life contribute to symptoms of depression making you feel even worse.
